This showcase will feature 3 of Hawaii’s premier and long time Hawaiian Roots Reggae Artists. Introducing Mr. 83 and “The Rewards”. The Rewards will be accompanied by “The Drunken Horns”. You may recognize them as the Original Horn section from Ooklah the Moc, Tony Bush and Gary Nakano. This next Artist has established herself as one of Hawai’i’s top tier female vocalist. From her multiple award winning albums, collaborations with artists such as Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Ziggy and Damian Marley, and now a Movie producer. I introduce to you, the one and only “Paula Fuga”. This next artist has been missed dearly by the fans of Hawai’i Reggae music. His timeless performances has inspired countless artist from around the world. This is none other than the OG Ooklah the Moc front man, “Ras Bird”.
